Title: Construction Administrator/Manager
Hours: Permanent full-time role
Start date: Immediate start for the right candidate

Martin Locke Homes (MLH) requires a full time Project Administrator/Manager to join our team.
Martin is a builder of superior quality new homes in Townsville since 2004, who does not mass produce homes, and is looking for someone who is experienced, self-motivated, loyal, and capable of ‘building a home from the office’.
MLH has the ‘onsite’ team that is capable and has the capacity to take on and grow from the numerous opportunities that are presenting themselves to the company. This role is viewed as a senior position within the company, and the right person will have the opportunity to share in the successes of the company’s growth strategy.
The successful applicant will be trustworthy, reliable, a good communicator and have a desire to be the absolute best at what they have chosen to do. They must pride themselves on attention to detail and have an appreciation for systems and procedures. They need to have prior experience using project management programs, such as Databuild or similar.
The ‘perfect candidate’ will have a very good construction knowledge/experience and be highly efficient and capable in project administration/management. ‘
