The ongoing works consist of the refurbishment of 2 and 3-bedroom residences prior to resale at Carlyle Gardens, a Premium Resort Living Retirement Village which boasts more than 400 independent living homes.

The refurbishments consist of full replacement of kitchen and bathroom joinery and appliance upgrades, full replacement of tiles, floor coverings, repaint and electrical upgrades.  Each home has personal touches including soft close draws and cupboard doors in custom designed kitchen including single draw dishwasher and up to the moment colours and finishes to create a modern feel.

All refurbishments include appropriate future proofing and designed for more independent living suitable to residents’ needs.
