Why did you choose to buy the MLH display home?
We simply fell in love with it from the very first time we walked in, it is simply stunning and it will be our forever home. It is quality throughout the entire home.
We keep pinching ourselves when we visit (as you know that is often as we love walking through and hearing other people's comments) that this is our home.
Had you considered buying display home before?
No we hadn't.
What do you think is the best thing about buying a display home?
The builder is displaying their best work, so they come with quality fittings and finishes, there is nothing else to do except move in and enjoy life.
Also we get a guaranteed rental income even though no one is actually living in the home. It has to be handed over to us in "as new house condition". Plus, Martin and all of the MLH family take fantastic care of it and are all a dream to deal with.
What do you think is a downfall of buying a display home?
The hardest thing is definitely having to wait to move in to your dream home. We love it, love it, love it and can't wait to shift in.
Would you recommend those looking for an investment property to consider a display home?
Absolutely! Libby and I were in a position to be able to do this, so we did. Our experience has been fantastic.

I am in the business of checking, checking, and checking again.
