The 303 square metre, four-bedroom home was, of course, crafted with the  renowned Martin Locke Homes highest quality workmanship, but also boasted accessible living features which set it apart from the rest.

It was constructed with care and skill to ensure it stands the test of time and included inspired design features to make living in it safe, accessible and comfortable, and enjoyable.

The 303 square-metre, 4-bedroom home was designed for functional, zoned living.

Its design included a parents’ retreat main bedroom suite spanning the full width of the home including a large walk-in-robe and stunning step-free shower. The main home areas provided for functional and spacious open-plan living including; a large alfresco area with a pool, pizza oven and fire pit; and a three-bedroom and activity zone perfect for children or visitors.

But the Isaac 303’s real design point of difference was its accessibility.

It would allow people of any age or ability, including those with an injury, older people or someone living with a disability to navigate from the driveway, through the front door, throughout the home, outside to the alfresco and into the pool without facing one step as an obstacle.

The pool itself has been constructed by Martin Locke Homes to be fully-accessible, with a ramped entry and infinity edge for ease of access which also happens to look absolutely stunning.

The home’s design meets the Silver Level of the Livable Housing Australia Guidelines and included wider doors and halls; larger, step-free showers and the signature Martin Locke Homes’ rebated alfresco sliding door.
