Martin Locke Homes is proud to announce that after more than 13 years of being an industry leader, building predominantly custom homes for families in our region, the time has come to 'pursue what is most meaningful'. MLH has always been driven with a strong social conscience, and given our ever-increasing housing shortage, it's time to focus solely on building and developing projects for those in most need.

Our initial priority is that we continue to provide service to individuals and families with disabilities, as NQ's most respected SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation) builder. MLH will continue to work with a select group of leading SDA Providers, who share the company's core values and principles to deliver life changing, purpose-built homes.

And now, just as MLH raised the bar and expectations within the custom home and disability housing sectors, there is a desire and belief that the same can and should be done within theAffordable Housing space. We plan on bringing across all our experience and passion that went into every home we built and become a community leader within this sector also.

Additionally, MLH has a desire to give back and help others in the building industry, just as we were supported in our early years. 'No-one has ever made it on their own', and as part of our transition, we plan on dedicating time to 'paying it forward', to those who deserve more.

Our valued trade partners, suppliers and stakeholders will continue in this new chapter of our journey, and we thank you for being part of our story so far.
